Located in midtown on the west side, the new development offers residential and office towers, restaurants, retail l stores and more including a park. A climbable 16 story high climbable sculpture named the Vessel is the centerpiece of the public prk area seen here at the bottom center of the image. The redevelopment project, built on a platform over the train yards, it the largest development project in Manhattan since Rockefeller Center was built. The tallest buildfing features a viewing platform on the 100th floor, the hightest in the Northern Hemisphere, to be opened in the coming months. Viewed from New Jersey across the Hudson River.
