Description
An image of the New York City Skyline as viewed from New Jersey after a light snowstorm on a clear, sunny but very cold February afternoon. The Empire State Building is centered in the skyline composition and the foreground shows the Hudson River with ice chunks floating with the current down the river to New York Harbor while a New York Waterway ferry boat navigates around the ice. The New York Skyline buildings are reflected in the frigid Hudson River waters. The construction to the right of the Empire state Building represents the beginning of a significant transformation of the New York City Skyline as the Hudson Yards Project adds numerous skyscrapers that will eventually all but obsure the sight of the Empire State Building along the waterfront in New Jersey.
